Talyn S is a Recycled Extruded Material for Box Toes (Toe Stiffeners) which has excellent resilience and the cutting and skiving waste can be recycled back into the product.

The Talyn S range is a firm material which is available with a single backer and a coating of EVA hot melt adhesive or with a double backer and a coating of polyurethane hot melt adhesive, for superior adhesion.

The TecnoGi TALYN S Range is made using RECYCLED MATERIALS and scrap generated during shoe production can be REGENERATED and RECYCLED back into the production of TALYN S.

Great Lotus – Incorporation of ground rubber, PU scrap

Incorporating up to 10% of ground rubber from tires as well as using own waste. Delivered product, not requiring any further processing or waste generated in factories. Introduced Natural 30, 30% Soy Polyol

ATP, ATPC and Amrong – Flex molding, CFC free release, Tencel natural fiber, soy based additives, recycled PET fabrics, Calcium carbonate fillers, recycled EVA’s.

· "Flex molding" on polypropylene blisters, instead of aluminum molds which do not require the use of ozone-depleting CFC-based mold release agents

· Lenzing Tencel/Lyocel environmentally friendly, biodegradable, recyclable fibers, for highly-advanced, moisture- management

· incorporating "green friendly", naturally occurring calcium bicarbonate to replace environmentally damaging synthetics

· TPU laminations ensure solvent free bonding

· Usage of sock linings containing up to 100% recycled PET

· PRB EVA formulation with 20-25% recycled EVA content from Amrong rubber
